MP opens new beauty salon in Wedmore

TESSA Munt MP officially declared our new beauty salon in Wedmore open last Friday (November 9, 2012).

Wells MP Tessa, whose constituency covers Wedmore, cut the ceremonial ribbon at Beauty by Emma on Friday, November 9.

We hosted an invitation-only party at the salon for local businesses, clubs and other key guests. It was a great opportunity for people in the area to get together and have a chat. It’s wonderful Tessa could come along to help us celebrate our launch.

The invitation-only party was followed by an open house event. Lots of people dropped in throughout the afternoon to meet us and have a look around the salon.

At the launch we gave away goody bags containing Dermalogica samples and a complimentary gift voucher for make-up lessons or a Dermalogica face-mapping skin analysis.

Tessa said: “I was delighted to have been invited to help Emma launch her salon here in Wedmore. This is a great example of how businesses and young people can succeed with hard work and determination despite these trickier economic times. Emma is a talented young lady and I wish her every success for the future.”
